Two officials kidnapped in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Militants blew up a police post in the provincial capital’s Matani area, officials said on Monday. No casualties were reported as there were no personnel at the post at the time. The militants used bombs to detonate the police post situated at Ghazi Abad near the Matani Bypass, police officials said. Unidentified persons kidnapped two officers of the Social Welfare Special Education from Hayatabad, sources said. staff report
